Hi, I’m Rita Lorraine Carey.
If you’ve ever felt lost, or like a victim or truly unsure why you’re here or what you’re meant to do, you’re in the right place. I know that place. I lived through physical and emotional grief pain that lasted for a number of years. I had low energy that attracted people and experiences that were unwanted.
What changed everything was understanding that I am energy. Do you remember shuffling your feet and touching someone to feel the spark? Or rubbing your hands folding the sheets and seeing the sparks fly? Why do you think you saw and felt this? Well, it is because you are mostly energy. What if you knew your energy is a superpower and that you can use this understanding as the basis for rapid transformation and empowerment?
My subconscious mind had been running old programs of shame, not enough, receiving means over giving, pleasing is required, healing meant seeing a doctor, trust was easily broken… lots of inherited beliefs or programs from my childhood. As I learned to be more present, I began writing new ones. And because I am energy, it was all possible. My life began to open up. As I learned I was an energetic being whose thoughts or feeling states could rewire my brain to go to the positive I began to have a lot of amazing serendipities. As I increased my frequency or energy I resonated with opportunities and people in that similar positive energy. As I trusted these unfoldings and signs from a good place I left a long career and moved overseas to volunteer. Almost without me trying things kept coming into my experience and opportunities showed themselves.
I learned to access the akashic records, meditate, channel higher guidance, and feel the love that constantly surrounds me. I want to show you and empower you around your energy.
For the last 14 years, I have been serendipitously guided. Whenever I trust that guidance, the next creation arrives: books, a film, and the YourEnergyPhoto™ experience or a beautiful new friend or opportunity comes into my life.
